How It All Started
That Girl Social Club was founded by Annie Bijou, a once painfully shy girl who cracked the confidence code back in middle school. How? By fully reinventing herself based on her favorite movie character: Cher Horowitz from Clueless.
One viral TikTok confession later—and hundreds of comments from women saying they did the exact same thing with Cher Horowitz, Elle Woods, Blair Waldorf, Lizzie McGuire, Paris Hilton, and beyond—Annie realized:
“I’m not alone! There are so many women out there who’ve done the same thing and are craving a community of like-minded souls. We should just start a club. Like… seriously.”
So, she created the ultimate girl gang that meets on Zoom, loves pink and a good themed drink, and exists solely to make you feel seen, supported, and stylishly unstoppable.
